Quick, pro service on short notice at a great price. Came home from skiing Sunday evening to no hot water. Got onto our local Facebook neighborhood page looking for suggestions and a few people said Adlem. I contacted them Sunday night and not only did they offer a very competitive price, they understood the urgency and were able to sort us out Monday morning! Once I read the google reviews I agreed to work with them. I am glad we did. Not only did our problem get solved quickly, but they installed a new, high quality Canadian product. Monday morning while Adlem was actually doing the work, I finally got official quotes back from two other different companies. One was way more expensive and could only do it Tuesday night, the other offered a “similar” tank (that did not review well quality wise) and kind of put the pressure to commit to get a “work slot”. It is such a great feeling to know that I have officially found my own trusted, local company for all of my furnace H/VAC needs. Having the opportunity to be single female homeowner in Kelowna was a great feeling of pride for me. Then having someone telling you that you require a whole new furnace a year later. Not a great feeling despite having thought that I had done all of my due diligence prior to signing anything. I have to give Adlem Mechanical a heartfelt "THANK YOU" for their continued excellence as they have served me many times, and the numerous people I send their way always tell me how great Jordy, Lisa and the company are to deal with. Rather than just wanting to replace a furnace or air conditioner, they will often be able to repair it. They maintain my furnace, my air conditioner and being in real estate I always recommend them to my clients.....and my clients love them and love the great service. Last year I had them replace my 2 hot water tanks with a new "space age" hot water tank that does does hot water for my infloor heating as well as the hot water for the rest of the home.....so I went from 2 hot water tanks to 1 high efficient tank, and best of all the install was great (and tidy) and they took away my old tank, did the proper permits via City Hall and helped with the rebate that was offered by Fortis.
